Box Shelf DXF file

This simple Box shelf can serve as a Montessori shelf for your kids or as a great organizer in your workshop.

The design can be cut on a 900 x 1200 mm (3 x 4 ft) CNC router and bigger.

After completing the order, you will receive DXF files with component layout adjusted to different CNC sizes:

900 x 1200 mm (3 x 4 ft)

1220 x 1220 mm (4 x 4 ft)

*The files are adjusted to fit both metric and imperial standards for materials and tools

• 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones

For 1220 x 1220 mm (4 x 4 ft) CNC

• 2 sheets of 1100 x 1200 x 15 mm (43-1/2 x 48 x 1/4 inches) plywood
• 1 sheet of 700 x 1200 x 15 mm (28 x 48 x 5/8 inches) plywood
• 1 sheet of 750 x 650 x 15 mm (30 x 26 x 5/8 inches) plywood
• 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones

For 1220 x 2440 mm (4 x 8 ft) CNC

• 1 sheet of 1220 x 2440 x 6 mm (48 x 96 x ¼ inches) plywood
• 1 sheet of 1280 x 1100 x 15 mm (50-1/2 x 43-1/2 x 5/8 inches) plywood
• 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones
